Terms of use and sale
1. Purpose The7Club lets anyone listen to DJ mixes and registered DJs publish them.
2. Access Listening is free. The VIP lounge requires a personal code, which must not be shared.
3. DJ accounts Sign-up is subject to approval. DJs warrant that they hold the rights needed for what they publish and are responsible for their mixes. The7Club may hide or remove any reported content or content breaching these terms, and suspend an account.
4. Free and Premium offers The free offer allows a limited number of mixes of limited length, shown in the DJ space. The Premium subscription lifts these limits under the conditions shown at purchase. Price: €1 per month or €10 per year, taxes included, unless a change is announced.
5. Payment and renewal Payment is made through PayPal. The subscription renews automatically until cancelled, which is possible at any time from the DJ space; it stays active until the end of the paid period.
6. Right of withdrawal By subscribing, the DJ asks for immediate access to Premium and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal.
